Capital Smart City Islamabad (CSCI) is an RDA-approved housing society located at Chakri Road and M-2 Motorway. It has direct link access from its dedicated interchange at the M-2 Motorway. It is developed by FDHL and HRL and designed by Surbana Jurong (SJ). It was planned to be an eco-friendly establishment with wide 18-lane boulevards. The glamorous project is attracting huge investment from investors all over the world.

The Capital Smart City Islamabad completion date is expected to be in the year 2024. However, this date is not confirmed, and please contact the official management for the final date. This first Smart City of Pakistan was launched in 2019 and aimed to be the best-ever housing project in the country. The launching ceremony was held at Serena Hotel, Islamabad. Several locals and overseas Pakistanis participated in an unprecedented event.
